Transferring your prescriptions from another pharmacy to your trusted pharmacy ( Pharmacare Medical Group) has never been easier.

There are 2 ways to transfer your prescriptions to Pharmacare Medical Group — through directly calling the pharmacy Tel#289-234-4800 and asking the pharmacy staff to transfer your prescription, or through sending a request email to the pharmacy’s confidential email address:  info@pharmacaregroup.ca and mentioning your full name, telephone number and the name of the medicine you would like to transfer in and the other pharmacy’s contact number or address.
